Sanyo's Xacti E1 the new waterproof hybrid camcorder has much to offer than its size. The 5 times optical zoom, 6 megapixel sensor, 2.5 inch display and conjuring up 1 hr 20 min video in 1GB memory makes it versatile player in camcorder market.
It can be waterproof upto 5 feets, good enough for the beach and swimming pool adventures, and rainy seasons but certainly not for the divers.
The E1 can record up to a total of 10 hours of full motion video or over 4000 6-Megapixel still images on a 8GB SDHC memory card, up to 5 hours of video with a 4 GB SDHC memory card, up to 2.5 hours with a 2GB standard SD card, and up to 1.25 hours with a 1GB standard SD card.
Video playback on your television and such other features are common.
Will be available by June 15 for around $499.
